Really impressed with this company, from the sales team, survey and fitting the service was great. Very pleased with the look of the new windows and the installation took into account the original features of our house to maintain a authentic look.

Magna windows did a fantastic job quoting for and installing some new sliding balcony doors for my Aunt. Their communication was great and the product was ordered and installed very quickly. The doors are excellent quality and look very smart.

We could not be happier with our new windows! From first contact and meeting with Will, service was professional and polite. Will was incredibly understanding, and happily answered all the questions that we had. We contacted Magna Windows for a quote on a new door as ours was broken (the handle/locking mechanism) We had previously had 2 other companies attend who said we needed a new door so we accepted ours couldn’t be fixed and looked at getting a new door. Aaron came to see us to give us a quote (and was bang on time for the appointment) and he suggested that we contact Jon at Glass plus to see if the door could be fixed. Aaron took the measurements and details to provide us with a quote for the new door and was helpful with making our choices and obviously knows his stuff. I contacted Jon at Glass plus who came out the same day to have a look and fixed the door the next day! After numerous companies not getting back to us or telling us the door couldn’t be fixed, this was so refreshing. Aaron was genuine and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend magna (& Jon at Glass Plus) because of this. Wish I had contacted them weeks ago!
