We are absolutely thrilled with our new doors and windows. The quality of the product and the superb workmanship is the best we have ever seen. The installers, Everson and Tim, worked extremely hard, and throughout were always considerate, and attention to detail was second to none. Regular site inspections were carried out during the whole process. We have noticed a big difference in the warmth and noise reduction, and the aesthetics are delightful. The price was extremely competitive. This is the second property for which we have used Magna Windows, previously for a conservatory, and the quality has never faltered. Magna Windows have installed superior quality windows and doors on both houses I have owned in Oadby. I have recommended the company to my daughter and several friends who have all been impressed with the quality and service received. I was prompted to leave this review because, after 6 years, my front door lock became a bit sticky. I phoned Magna and two friendly, professional men came and rectified the problem (door needed a new hinge) very quickly. These days such high quality, efficient and effective service is a rare thing. I cannot recommend highly enough!
