We could not be happier with our new windows! From first contact and meeting with Will, service was professional and polite. Will was incredibly understanding, and happily answered all the questions that we had. Nothing was too much trouble and Will even came out one last time to talk through the designs before we confirmed everything. The fitters from Magna were by far the most respectful, polite and tidy workers we have come across over years of renovation on our home. We would not hesitate in recommending Magna Windows - they are great!

Magna completed our window and door installation this week and we are delighted with the results. 9 new windows (including bay), rear french doors and a composite front door. As a long term investment, we obtained four quotes, comparing the frame profiles, thermal efficiency, U-Values, door types, etc. There is a lot to consider but Will was able to answer all of our questions, and provided the assurances we required around quality. It was the slightly more expensive quote but justified by the quality that will pay back over the long term. The subsequent survey completed by Jay again allowed us to confirm the specifications in detail, and the installation followed 6 weeks later. The installers, Mark and Dean, were excellent with great attention to detail and a perfect finish. They were tidy in their work and the job was completed in 4 days. A great experience with no problems, so a massive thank you to the team.

Magna Windows did a great job for me, 10 windows and 1 sliding door. Dealing with Will during my initial enquiry mainly via email was great. The install team did a great job, very well fitted and tidy windows.

Absolutely delighted with our new bedroom window. This company are very thorough with everything from start to finish. Very efficient and friendly people to deal with too. The two installers did a great job and even hoovered up afterwards!! I will definitely be using Magna Windows again and we would highly recommend them without hesitation.
