We could not be happier with our new windows! From first contact and meeting with Will, service was professional and polite. Will was incredibly understanding, and happily answered all the questions that we had. Nothing was too much trouble and Will even came out one last time to talk through the designs before we confirmed everything. The fitters from Magna were by far the most respectful, polite and tidy workers we have come across over years of renovation on our home. Modern sturdy frames and double glazed glass panels. Magna replaced all my windows and created a security inner door. The fitters paid a lot of attention to detail and discussed what they were doing to ensure I was happy with the details. Finishing was great with no need to redecorate. Absolutely recommend

They’re an award winning, industry leader for a reason! Will is really knowledgeable, non-pushy and provided lots of ideas and solutions to get us just what we wanted. Jay (surveyor) clearly knows his stuff too and worked around some bespoke measurements providing fab ideas. Then Dean & Rob (fitters) did a fantastic job. Really efficient, friendly and capable… and meticulously clean and tidy, picking up & sweeping every last bit of debris as they went. For all things payment/admin wise Amanda was so friendly & helpful throughout. We absolutely love our windows and get loads of compliments! We’re now getting the team back to do our new front door!

Magna Windows recently fitted replacement Windows to our scout hut. They initially came out to meet with us and discuss our requirements which it was important that the Windows were practical to use being so large and high up, and needing to be openable. Their quote was very reasonable and well priced against others we had received. We left them to it with access to our building and they visited the hall again to ensure they had the best window design for our needs, they arrived on the installation date and completed the job within the estimated time to a high standard, leaving no trace of mess. The level of service from start to finish was very good and various members of the team kept us updated with all the information we needed. Thanks to you all!

Today the guys from Magna Windows have finished fitting the windows on my Mums property, 3 of the most professional tradesmen we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We had Magna Windows back to do a second install for us. This time, 7 upstairs windows. All the staff were professional and courteous and the whole experience was trouble free. In particular Aaron, Tom and Jamie worked very hard and are a credit to the company. The windows are very smart and once again we are glad we chose Magna Windows.

We had all 17 windows replaced by Magna Windows in the Heritage range and are very please with results. They took great care in the design stage to get the most pleasing look along with staying true to a period cottage. The fitters were friendly and efficient keeping disruption and mess to a minimum. The whole house feels completely different (in a good way) . We had used Magna in the past and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would highly recommend this company.
