I have used Magna Windows on two occasions for replacement windows. They are professional in all aspects of the work, from estimating to installation and contact with their office. The installers took great care to ensure everything was protected and cleaned after they had finished. I've recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so.

Magna completed our window and door installation this week and we are delighted with the results. 9 new windows (including bay), rear french doors and a composite front door. As a long term investment, we obtained four quotes, comparing the frame profiles, thermal efficiency, U-Values, door types, etc. There is a lot to consider but Will was able to answer all of our questions, and provided the assurances we required around quality. It was the slightly more expensive quote but justified by the quality that will pay back over the long term. The subsequent survey completed by Jay again allowed us to confirm the specifications in detail, and the installation followed 6 weeks later. The installers, Mark and Dean, were excellent with great attention to detail and a perfect finish. They were tidy in their work and the job was completed in 4 days. A great experience with no problems, so a massive thank you to the team.

Had new porch, front door and window fitted this week by Tom and Jamie. They did a fantastic job, communicated when necessary, fitted and sealed everything perfectly we are completely satisfied with the job. Got on with it in the time specified and allocated. Would recommend Magna anytime - great service and advice from start to finish including visit to their showroom with Will. Take pride in their work.

Magna Windows did an excellent job fitting our new window, their service was over and above. I would definitely recommend this company as they provide a great product and their customer service is excellent.

We had Magna Windows replace 7 windows in our house. My initial contact was with Aaron in sales and then Jay in measuring and installation, both offering advice and guidance. Our new windows were fitted by Chris and Tom they did an outstanding job being clean and tidy. All the staff were professional, polite, helpful and friendly. On behalf of my mum who wanted a whole new bathroom window with privacy glass: couldn’t fault the job from start to finish! We were looked after by Will & Jay who were so informative and reassured us that the window could be fitted alongside the installation of our new bathroom (picture taken before tiling around the new window). Mark came to install the window and we couldn’t be happier with his work! We’ve previously had a front door from Magna which was installed by Will. Magna Windows completed my full house double glazing windows and doors within 4 days. I was very impressed with their professionalism and hard work. Adam, Chris, Joe and Will all chipped in the graft. They turned up on time and worked throughout the day without breaks. Each day they tidied up the place before leaving.
