They’re an award winning, industry leader for a reason! Will is really knowledgeable, non-pushy and provided lots of ideas and solutions to get us just what we wanted. Jay (surveyor) clearly knows his stuff too and worked around some bespoke measurements providing fab ideas. Then Dean & Rob (fitters) did a fantastic job. Really efficient, friendly and capable… and meticulously clean and tidy, picking up & sweeping every last bit of debris as they went. For all things payment/admin wise Amanda was so friendly & helpful throughout. We absolutely love our windows and get loads of compliments! We’re now getting the team back to do our new front door!

Magna Windows did a great job for me, 10 windows and 1 sliding door. Dealing with Will during my initial enquiry mainly via email was great. The install team did a great job, very well fitted and tidy windows.

We had some work done some years ago which was first class and the window and patio door are as good as new. We had no difficulty in asking them to replace four first floor windows. The quote, order and communications were excellent. The fitters work was flawless and took so much care over the installation. They were meticulous, clean and tidy and completed the work in the day. Magna Windows have installed superior quality windows and doors on both houses I have owned in Oadby. I have recommended the company to my daughter and several friends who have all been impressed with the quality and service received. I was prompted to leave this review because, after 6 years, my front door lock became a bit sticky. I phoned Magna and two friendly, professional men came and rectified the problem (door needed a new hinge) very quickly. These days such high quality, efficient and effective service is a rare thing. I cannot recommend highly enough!
