Today the guys from Magna Windows have finished fitting the windows on my Mums property, 3 of the most professional tradesmen we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Magna Windows did a great job for me, 10 windows and 1 sliding door. Dealing with Will during my initial enquiry mainly via email was great. The install team did a great job, very well fitted and tidy windows.

We chose Magna Windows for a new front door following a recommendation and have not been disappointed. We had helpful and courteous service from start to finish . There was a slight hitch with the installation which the fitters reported to head office and this was quickly rectified. The fitters were very professional, did a great job and left the area clean and tidy. The cost was reasonable and we would definitely use them again should we want replacement windows.

We had all 17 windows replaced by Magna Windows in the Heritage range and are very please with results. They took great care in the design stage to get the most pleasing look along with staying true to a period cottage. The fitters were friendly and efficient keeping disruption and mess to a minimum. The whole house feels completely different (in a good way) . We had used Magna in the past and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would highly recommend this company.

Magna have been amazing, they fitted our new front door for us and we love it. We visited their showroom, and they were very quick in coming out to help us with measurements, brochures etc. After ordering their communication was great and they kept us up to date with timings etc. Mark fitted our door for us, and was great in helping with the small issue we had (a mark on the door when it arrived). He sorted everything for us within a day and even contacted the door company directly for us to organise someone to come out and paint the mark. Dan also came to help us fit a chain on the door and was great too, came out quickly and had it sorted in a few minutes! Super helpful, great communication and if we need any new windows/doors in future, Magna will be our first call!

As I imagine is true for most people, we are very inexperienced window-buyers, this being our first time! And it was scary because of the £££ but also, the fear of making a mistake. But we were looked after, supported and reassured at all stages by Will, Jay and Amanda and as I write this, we couldn't be happier with our efficient, un-drafty, elegant, beautifully engineered, perfectly-fitted windows and doors. One of our fears was a lot of dust/mess during installation ... there was none. Literally none. And the team which came to do the installation (led by the lovely Phil) were a delight to have around. They were respectful, professional and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, which is something I always appreciate from people who are in my home. Thank you to the whole team, you've added to our experience of our home and I sit and gaze happily at your excellent handiwork!
