Magna Windows have just replaced eleven windows and two French doors to our period property. We were very impressed with this company from our first meeting with Will in the showroom. We knew straight away that this was the company to carry out the work for us. (We did visit others) We chose the Storm Evolution painted, wood effect range to replace our old wooden windows and doors. They are of high quality and look fantastic. Very much in keeping with an old property. Thanks to Jay, Jamie and Ashley, the installation was first class. Great service and the job was completed to a very high standard. Jamie and Ashley, the installation team are excellent, caring out the work to a very high standard, leaving everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day. We would not hesitate to recommend Magna Windows. They are very helpful, professional and definitely a 5* company.

I was undecided on what company to contact for the supply and fit of replacement UPVC Double glazed windows and doors for my 3 bedroom semi-detached house. Finally following a recommendation from JSD Property maintenance I visited Magna windows showroom in Oadby, and I am extremely pleased that I did. I was met at the showroom by Sales Executive Aaron, he took the time to fully explain the full range of door and window products that Magna install, he provided brochures that I could take home and study in my own time. I felt totally at ease with Aaron, and felt confident when I left the showroom that this would be the company that I would like to use for my renovation project. Aaron visited my home where we tentatively decided on products and glass designs. Aaron was very patient and answered all my questions ( even the daft ones !). An in-depth quote was promptly sent, I was concerned that the cost would be too high, but there was no need to worry as I was pleasantly surprised that for the brand / quality I wanted ( Ultimate collection) that the price was lower than expected. The Surveyor Jay, another polite, friendly and professional member of the team thoroughly checked, measured and also highlighted considerations for the Installations team. He also kept me fully informed of scheduled delivery / Installation dates throughout the project....and throughout all of this there has never been any 'Hard sell' tactics. The Installation team....what great guys ! The main Installers throughout were Mark and Dean, they arrived early every morning and worked consistently throughout the day. nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, friendly and worked closely and effectively as a team. They vacuumed and swept away mess ( of which there was very little). Jamie ( Installer) and Martin ( Builder ) carried out the installation of the Patio doors, they were equally thorough and professional throughout the whole process... a great job ! Receipts for payments made were handled courteously by Amanda, the Administration Manager, who also sent me the 10 year warranty and after care documents promptly.. Thank you. From start to finish of the renovation project the service and workmanship has been exemplar. A superb company, with a superb team. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them!!

I called Magna Windows to understand if they could help with a door issue. The door was installed by EAS windows who no longer exist. Magna recommended Glass Plus Dan and John at Glass plus came over last week and resolve the issue. They knew exactly the cause of the issue and resolve this within no time. I was really impressed with their geniune and caring approach. Dan was careful, professional and highly skilled and knowledgable about the issue and in general. the service was prompt, they phoned me before arrival and were clean and tidy. its really hard to find a good trade professional - they all want a fast buck and then leave a mess behind = but this was not the case with Dan and John. So damn impressed with their service. I was left feeling very happy confident and they certainly restored my faith in trade professional its goes without saying that both Dan & John come highly recommended. First class service . We had Magna Windows back to do a second install for us. This time, 7 upstairs windows. All the staff were professional and courteous and the whole experience was trouble free. In particular Aaron, Tom and Jamie worked very hard and are a credit to the company. The windows are very smart and once again we are glad we chose Magna Windows.

We shortlisted 3 local companies with good reviews and visited them all and they all came round for servers. To be honest Magna were the slightly more expensive, but we could see the better quality windows (metal reinforced) and there was a better feel from the company - we dealt with Will mainly but everyone was good. They were helpful and we felt we knew where the extra money was going, so felt we getting what we were paying for. We had a whole house replacement of all the windows and a bifold rear patio door, so it was a big and important investment to get right. Process was smooth and they kept us informed. The two fitters who came round were excellent, reliable and worked hard. Respected our property and cleaned up well each day. Happy to duly recommend Magna windows

Had a rear door installed by Magna. The door was just what we expected and the installation was extremely neat and tidy. The installers were great, friendly and extremely tidy work. Overall Magna were great, I would recommend and will repeat business when we have a need. Thank you.

Excellent service and we are really pleased both Bobbie & Dean did a great job snd left everywhere spotless. They extended our porch and replaced 4 panel's in our conservatory (which they originally did about 18 years ago).
