Magna Windows recently fitted replacement Windows to our scout hut. They initially came out to meet with us and discuss our requirements which it was important that the Windows were practical to use being so large and high up, and needing to be openable. Their quote was very reasonable and well priced against others we had received. We left them to it with access to our building and they visited the hall again to ensure they had the best window design for our needs, they arrived on the installation date and completed the job within the estimated time to a high standard, leaving no trace of mess. Magna completed our window and door installation this week and we are delighted with the results. 9 new windows (including bay), rear french doors and a composite front door. As a long term investment, we obtained four quotes, comparing the frame profiles, thermal efficiency, U-Values, door types, etc. There is a lot to consider but Will was able to answer all of our questions, and provided the assurances we required around quality. It was the slightly more expensive quote but justified by the quality that will pay back over the long term. The subsequent survey completed by Jay again allowed us to confirm the specifications in detail, and the installation followed 6 weeks later. The installers, Mark and Dean, were excellent with great attention to detail and a perfect finish. They were tidy in their work and the job was completed in 4 days. A great experience with no problems, so a massive thank you to the team.
