First of all, it was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. The chap who came to do the quote, the surveyor, the installation engineers, the people I spoke with on the phone, all were so friendly, helpful and patient. In terms of the product, I was buying replacements for a couple of beautiful 1930s leaded / stained windows which I loved and didn't really want to lose so I was concerned about the look of the replacement. I asked them to match the existing with the leading, stain, frosting and I am so happy. They look great, much better than I had envisaged.

On behalf of my mum who wanted a whole new bathroom window with privacy glass: couldn’t fault the job from start to finish! We were looked after by Will & Jay who were so informative and reassured us that the window could be fitted alongside the installation of our new bathroom (picture taken before tiling around the new window). Mark came to install the window and we couldn’t be happier with his work! We’ve previously had a front door from Magna which was installed by Will. Following a house fire back in 2019 we chose Magna to replace the damaged kitchen window & door and they did a great job. So recently when we needed to replace the bathroom window we had them back again. And another great job again, a nice quality window quickly fitted, no mess and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. First class. Will always recommend these guys.

Thank you, Magna Windows Team! The window installers arrived promptly and got everything prepared with dust sheets, etc. I found Tom and Chris friendly, respectful and hard-working. After they had finishing installing, they left everywhere neat and tidy, and removed all rubbish. I was really impressed with the efficient, methodical way they worked. Customer services at this family company are excellent, therefore I recommend this business. Oh, and the new windows are perfect, going well with my old property.

We could not be happier with our new windows! From first contact and meeting with Will, service was professional and polite. Will was incredibly understanding, and happily answered all the questions that we had. Nothing was too much trouble and Will even came out one last time to talk through the designs before we confirmed everything. The fitters from Magna were by far the most respectful, polite and tidy workers we have come across over years of renovation on our home.
