We chose Magna Windows for a new front door following a recommendation and have not been disappointed. We had helpful and courteous service from start to finish . There was a slight hitch with the installation which the fitters reported to head office and this was quickly rectified. The fitters were very professional, did a great job and left the area clean and tidy. The cost was reasonable and we would definitely use them again should we want replacement windows.

Fantastic service all the way through from Will, Jamie and the rest of the team! When we asked for a quote for new french patio door and front door, Will came over within a week and arranged a quote for us. We were not chased or harassed like we were by the other companies. Will even saw us in the showroom on a Saturday and showed us exactly what we were getting and talked us through the whole process. Jamie just completed the installation and we couldn’t be happier! Both doors are exactly what we asked for and look even better than we imagined. Jamie did such a great job, considering he did both doors on his own and in not the best weather conditions and even corrected some of the crappy work the fitters of the old doors have made. Thank you everyone and we look forward to getting our windows done next!

On behalf of my mum who wanted a whole new bathroom window with privacy glass: couldn’t fault the job from start to finish! We were looked after by Will & Jay who were so informative and reassured us that the window could be fitted alongside the installation of our new bathroom (picture taken before tiling around the new window). Mark came to install the window and we couldn’t be happier with his work! We’ve previously had a front door from Magna which was installed by Will. Absolutely delighted with our new bedroom window. This company are very thorough with everything from start to finish. Very efficient and friendly people to deal with too. The two installers did a great job and even hoovered up afterwards!! I will definitely be using Magna Windows again and we would highly recommend them without hesitation.

We have just had a large window fitted to replace some old patio doors. Magna Windows have provided an excellent service throughout the whole process. Had a rear door installed by Magna. The door was just what we expected and the installation was extremely neat and tidy. The installers were great, friendly and extremely tidy work. Overall Magna were great, I would recommend and will repeat business when we have a need. Thank you.
