Magna have been amazing, they fitted our new front door for us and we love it. We visited their showroom, and they were very quick in coming out to help us with measurements, brochures etc. After ordering their communication was great and they kept us up to date with timings etc. Mark fitted our door for us, and was great in helping with the small issue we had (a mark on the door when it arrived). He sorted everything for us within a day and even contacted the door company directly for us to organise someone to come out and paint the mark. Dan also came to help us fit a chain on the door and was great too, came out quickly and had it sorted in a few minutes! Super helpful, great communication and if we need any new windows/doors in future, Magna will be our first call!

We had 2 doors replaced and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Due to COVID restrictions there was an understandable delay but we were kept informed and when rules relaxed Jamie installed both doors expertly overcoming a couple of problems relating to the building. We are very pleased with the result.
