Thank you, Magna Windows Team! The window installers arrived promptly and got everything prepared with dust sheets, etc. I found Tom and Chris friendly, respectful and hard-working. After they had finishing installing, they left everywhere neat and tidy, and removed all rubbish. I was really impressed with the efficient, methodical way they worked. Customer services at this family company are excellent, therefore I recommend this business. Oh, and the new windows are perfect, going well with my old property.

Magna Windows completed my full house double glazing windows and doors within 4 days. I was very impressed with their professionalism and hard work. We had all 17 windows replaced by Magna Windows in the Heritage range and are very please with results. They took great care in the design stage to get the most pleasing look along with staying true to a period cottage. The fitters were friendly and efficient keeping disruption and mess to a minimum. The whole house feels completely different (in a good way) . We had used Magna in the past and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would highly recommend this company.

Magna Windows recently installed our new windows and front door and we are so pleased that we decided to purchase with them. From enquiry stage to installation and completion stage Will and his team have demonstrated that they valued our custom and have delighted us with their product and customer service. The installation team took their time in executing the installation perfectly and making sure everything looked perfect before they finished. Magna completed our window and door installation this week and we are delighted with the results. 9 new windows (including bay), rear french doors and a composite front door. As a long term investment, we obtained four quotes, comparing the frame profiles, thermal efficiency, U-Values, door types, etc. There is a lot to consider but Will was able to answer all of our questions, and provided the assurances we required around quality. It was the slightly more expensive quote but justified by the quality that will pay back over the long term. The subsequent survey completed by Jay again allowed us to confirm the specifications in detail, and the installation followed 6 weeks later. The installers, Mark and Dean, were excellent with great attention to detail and a perfect finish. They were tidy in their work and the job was completed in 4 days. A great experience with no problems, so a massive thank you to the team.

We could not be happier with our new windows! From first contact and meeting with Will, service was professional and polite. Will was incredibly understanding, and happily answered all the questions that we had. Nothing was too much trouble and Will even came out one last time to talk through the designs before we confirmed everything.
