Great customer service, professional fitters and a very happy customer 😊

I have used Magna Windows on two occasions for replacement windows. They are professional in all aspects of the work, from estimating to installation and contact with their office. The installers took great care to ensure everything was protected and cleaned after they had finished. I've recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so.

Today the guys from Magna Windows have finished fitting the windows on my Mums property, 3 of the most professional tradesmen we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A massive thank you to Mark , Ev and Martin for being so hard working, thorough and treating the property with such respect. We had our windows fitted a couple of weeks ago, and we are very happy with them. Will helped us choose the right windows and handles for us and was professional throughout. Really good experience with Magna Windows from start to finish. The whole team of people we dealt with both in person and over email were attentive and prompt. The Installation was absolutely seamless too, the guys were lovely and cleaned up so well after themselves. Five windows, a back door, and new patio doors took less than 4 days, and price was reasonable too! Thank you so much to the team, wouldn't hesitate to recommend 🙂

Magna Windows recently fitted replacement Windows to our scout hut. They initially came out to meet with us and discuss our requirements which it was important that the Windows were practical to use being so large and high up, and needing to be openable. Their quote was very reasonable and well priced against others we had received. We left them to it with access to our building and they visited the hall again to ensure they had the best window design for our needs, they arrived on the installation date and completed the job within the estimated time to a high standard, leaving no trace of mess. The level of service from start to finish was very good and various members of the team kept us updated with all the information we needed. Thanks to you all!

Magna Windows recently fitted a large conservatory for us. We cannot fault them. From the very outset the communication was excellent, products are high quality, Martin and the team who fitted the conservatory were hard working, polite and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Our front door is now fitted and we are very happy with it. Good advice was given in the showroom by Will, followed by a home visit by Brian who was very professional and knowledgable and again gave great advice re colour and style. Thank you to Jamie for the fitting. From the start it was obvious that he was very experienced and professional and also a person who you would be comfortable to have in your home. This is the second time this year that we have had work done by a family business with the same successful result.
