Magna have been amazing, they fitted our new front door for us and we love it. We visited their showroom, and they were very quick in coming out to help us with measurements, brochures etc. After ordering their communication was great and they kept us up to date with timings etc. Mark fitted our door for us, and was great in helping with the small issue we had (a mark on the door when it arrived). He sorted everything for us within a day and even contacted the door company directly for us to organise someone to come out and paint the mark. Dan also came to help us fit a chain on the door and was great too, came out quickly and had it sorted in a few minutes! Super helpful, great communication and if we need any new windows/doors in future, Magna will be our first call!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new doors and windows. The quality of the product and the superb workmanship is the best we have ever seen. The installers, Everson and Tim, worked extremely hard, and throughout were always considerate, and attention to detail was second to none. Regular site inspections were carried out during the whole process. We have noticed a big difference in the warmth and noise reduction, and the aesthetics are delightful. The price was extremely competitive. This is the second property for which we have used Magna Windows, previously for a conservatory, and the quality has never faltered. We would always recommend them..

We could not be happier with our new windows! From first contact and meeting with Will, service was professional and polite. Will was incredibly understanding, and happily answered all the questions that we had. Nothing was too much trouble and Will even came out one last time to talk through the designs before we confirmed everything. The fitters from Magna were by far the most respectful, polite and tidy workers we have come across over years of renovation on our home. We have just had a large window fitted to replace some old patio doors. Magna Windows have provided an excellent service throughout the whole process. Excellent service, Magna are a great company to work with. The product is superb - we chose flush casement windows for our Victorian home and they are ideal. The sales team took their time to answer all our queries and requoted a few times until we'd got exactly what we wanted. Fitters were very professional and careful with our home for which we were grateful.

I would highly recommend Magna Windows. From start to finish they were all very professional. Not once where we pressured into making a decision. We had 8 large windows and bifold doors front and back door and we are happy with them all. Tom and Chris the fitters were excellent they explained everything as they went along. There was no need for redecorating. They cleaned up as they went along felt very comfortable leaving them a key to come and go . Will was very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing the new products and Rob and Dean were excellent fitters, nothing was too much trouble and they always left the house clean and tidy.
