Every window and door has been replaced by Magna over a couple of years and I cannot fault them at all. Always on time (if not early considering how close we are to the showroom!), always friendly no matter who we're speaking to in the team, always a clean and quick job and all have made a big improvement to our house. There's certain things you can't really skimp on and windows and doors are one of them and they are worth every penny.

We have now been living for a few weeks with our new windows and doors and we are really feeling the benefits, especially with the colder weather. We are delighted with the look and quality of the fittings. We had most of our windows and doors replaced as well as an additional window and door fitted in an outhouse. Our dining room window is now a lovely french door, with a new aspect out into our small garden. We love our new front door, which looks beautiful in our victorian terraced house. The work was carried out by two friendly and respectful joiners/fitters who worked hard to get a big job completed in a reasonable time frame. From the initial contact, through to completion we were contacted regularly to be informed of progress/timings. We were also informed in good time of one change in regards to fitting the front door due to the longer manufacture time of the bespoke door. I was also able to use my own artwork for the design of two stain glass effect windows, which were made beautifully and look absolutely stunning. Fantastic service. In 2019, I had 3 windows and a back door fitted. Thanks to Covid, I had to wait till this year to finally have a new front window and a new front door fitted. I can,t praise this company enough. They were very helpful with their suggestions. Would recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our new bedroom window. This company are very thorough with everything from start to finish. Very efficient and friendly people to deal with too. The two installers did a great job and even hoovered up afterwards!! I will definitely be using Magna Windows again and we would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Magna have been amazing, they fitted our new front door for us and we love it. We visited their showroom, and they were very quick in coming out to help us with measurements, brochures etc. After ordering their communication was great and they kept us up to date with timings etc. Mark fitted our door for us, and was great in helping with the small issue we had (a mark on the door when it arrived). He sorted everything for us within a day and even contacted the door company directly for us to organise someone to come out and paint the mark. Dan also came to help us fit a chain on the door and was great too, came out quickly and had it sorted in a few minutes! Super helpful, great communication and if we need any new windows/doors in future, Magna will be our first call!

Fantastic service all the way through from Will, Jamie and the rest of the team! When we asked for a quote for new french patio door and front door, Will came over within a week and arranged a quote for us. We were not chased or harassed like we were by the other companies. Will even saw us in the showroom on a Saturday and showed us exactly what we were getting and talked us through the whole process. Jamie just completed the installation and we couldn’t be happier! Both doors are exactly what we asked for and look even better than we imagined. Jamie did such a great job, considering he did both doors on his own and in not the best weather conditions and even corrected some of the crappy work the fitters of the old doors have made. Thank you everyone and we look forward to getting our windows done next!
