Magna Windows recently installed our new windows and front door and we are so pleased that we decided to purchase with them. From enquiry stage to installation and completion stage Will and his team have demonstrated that they valued our custom and have delighted us with their product and customer service. The installation team took their time in executing the installation perfectly and making sure everything looked perfect before they finished. Magna windows did a fantastic job quoting for and installing some new sliding balcony doors for my Aunt. Their communication was great and the product was ordered and installed very quickly. The doors are excellent quality and look very smart.

As I imagine is true for most people, we are very inexperienced window-buyers, this being our first time! And it was scary because of the £££ but also, the fear of making a mistake. But we were looked after, supported and reassured at all stages by Will, Jay and Amanda and as I write this, we couldn't be happier with our efficient, un-drafty, elegant, beautifully engineered, perfectly-fitted windows and doors. One of our fears was a lot of dust/mess during installation ... there was none. Literally none. And the team which came to do the installation (led by the lovely Phil) were a delight to have around. They were respectful, professional and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, which is something I always appreciate from people who are in my home. Today the guys from Magna Windows have finished fitting the windows on my Mums property, 3 of the most professional tradesmen we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We had 2 doors replaced and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Due to COVID restrictions there was an understandable delay but we were kept informed and when rules relaxed Jamie installed both doors expertly overcoming a couple of problems relating to the building. We are very pleased with the result.

We have now been living for a few weeks with our new windows and doors and we are really feeling the benefits, especially with the colder weather. We are delighted with the look and quality of the fittings. We had most of our windows and doors replaced as well as an additional window and door fitted in an outhouse. Our dining room window is now a lovely french door, with a new aspect out into our small garden. We love our new front door, which looks beautiful in our victorian terraced house. The work was carried out by two friendly and respectful joiners/fitters who worked hard to get a big job completed in a reasonable time frame. From the initial contact, through to completion we were contacted regularly to be informed of progress/timings. We were also informed in good time of one change in regards to fitting the front door due to the longer manufacture time of the bespoke door. I was also able to use my own artwork for the design of two stain glass effect windows, which were made beautifully and look absolutely stunning. Magna completed our window and door installation this week and we are delighted with the results. 9 new windows (including bay), rear french doors and a composite front door. As a long term investment, we obtained four quotes, comparing the frame profiles, thermal efficiency, U-Values, door types, etc. There is a lot to consider but Will was able to answer all of our questions, and provided the assurances we required around quality. It was the slightly more expensive quote but justified by the quality that will pay back over the long term. The subsequent survey completed by Jay again allowed us to confirm the specifications in detail, and the installation followed 6 weeks later. The installers, Mark and Dean, were excellent with great attention to detail and a perfect finish. They were tidy in their work and the job was completed in 4 days. A great experience with no problems, so a massive thank you to the team.
