Had new porch, front door and window fitted this week by Tom and Jamie. They did a fantastic job, communicated when necessary, fitted and sealed everything perfectly we are completely satisfied with the job. Got on with it in the time specified and allocated. Magna Windows did an excellent job fitting our new window, their service was over and above. I would definitely recommend this company as they provide a great product and their customer service is excellent.

Magna have been amazing, they fitted our new front door for us and we love it. We visited their showroom, and they were very quick in coming out to help us with measurements, brochures etc. After ordering their communication was great and they kept us up to date with timings etc. Mark fitted our door for us, and was great in helping with the small issue we had (a mark on the door when it arrived). He sorted everything for us within a day and even contacted the door company directly for us to organise someone to come out and paint the mark. Dan also came to help us fit a chain on the door and was great too, came out quickly and had it sorted in a few minutes! Super helpful, great communication and if we need any new windows/doors in future, Magna will be our first call!

We shortlisted 3 local companies with good reviews and visited them all and they all came round for servers. To be honest Magna were the slightly more expensive, but we could see the better quality windows (metal reinforced) and there was a better feel from the company - we dealt with Will mainly but everyone was good. They were helpful and we felt we knew where the extra money was going, so felt we getting what we were paying for. We had a whole house replacement of all the windows and a bifold rear patio door, so it was a big and important investment to get right. Process was smooth and they kept us informed. The two fitters who came round were excellent, reliable and worked hard. Respected our property and cleaned up well each day. Happy to duly recommend Magna windows

I don't often leave reviews, but this company deserves it. A pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Love our new windows and doors. In the world of dodgy double-glazing dealers, it is lovely to see an honest and decent company. Highly recommended.
