We had Magna Windows replace 7 windows in our house. My initial contact was with Aaron in sales and then Jay in measuring and installation, both offering advice and guidance. Our new windows were fitted by Chris and Tom they did an outstanding job being clean and tidy. All the staff were professional, polite, helpful and friendly. We are so impressed by the quality of the Windows and have had lots of compliments from the neighbours. I would have no hesitation in recommending Magna Windows. Thank you guys.

Magna Windows were fantastic from the first call to the last day of window installation. They could not have been more professional. Thank you to the window fitters Mark, Tom, Jamie & Dean, the surveyor Jay, and Aaron who came for the initial visit and was so friendly and helpful all the way through.

Magna have been amazing, they fitted our new front door for us and we love it. We visited their showroom, and they were very quick in coming out to help us with measurements, brochures etc. After ordering their communication was great and they kept us up to date with timings etc. Mark fitted our door for us, and was great in helping with the small issue we had (a mark on the door when it arrived). He sorted everything for us within a day and even contacted the door company directly for us to organise someone to come out and paint the mark. Dan also came to help us fit a chain on the door and was great too, came out quickly and had it sorted in a few minutes! Super helpful, great communication and if we need any new windows/doors in future, Magna will be our first call!

Magna completed our window and door installation this week and we are delighted with the results. 9 new windows (including bay), rear french doors and a composite front door. As a long term investment, we obtained four quotes, comparing the frame profiles, thermal efficiency, U-Values, door types, etc. There is a lot to consider but Will was able to answer all of our questions, and provided the assurances we required around quality. It was the slightly more expensive quote but justified by the quality that will pay back over the long term. The subsequent survey completed by Jay again allowed us to confirm the specifications in detail, and the installation followed 6 weeks later. The installers, Mark and Dean, were excellent with great attention to detail and a perfect finish. They were tidy in their work and the job was completed in 4 days. A great experience with no problems, so a massive thank you to the team.
