They’re an award winning, industry leader for a reason! Will is really knowledgeable, non-pushy and provided lots of ideas and solutions to get us just what we wanted. Jay (surveyor) clearly knows his stuff too and worked around some bespoke measurements providing fab ideas. Then Dean & Rob (fitters) did a fantastic job. Really efficient, friendly and capable… and meticulously clean and tidy, picking up & sweeping every last bit of debris as they went. For all things payment/admin wise Amanda was so friendly & helpful throughout. We absolutely love our windows and get loads of compliments! We’re now getting the team back to do our new front door!

We had all 17 windows replaced by Magna Windows in the Heritage range and are very please with results. They took great care in the design stage to get the most pleasing look along with staying true to a period cottage. The fitters were friendly and efficient keeping disruption and mess to a minimum. The whole house feels completely different (in a good way) . We had used Magna in the past and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would highly recommend this company.

We had Magna Windows replace 7 windows in our house. My initial contact was with Aaron in sales and then Jay in measuring and installation, both offering advice and guidance. Our new windows were fitted by Chris and Tom they did an outstanding job being clean and tidy. All the staff were professional, polite, helpful and friendly.
