We are absolutely thrilled with our new doors and windows. The quality of the product and the superb workmanship is the best we have ever seen. The installers, Everson and Tim, worked extremely hard, and throughout were always considerate, and attention to detail was second to none. Regular site inspections were carried out during the whole process. We have noticed a big difference in the warmth and noise reduction, and the aesthetics are delightful. The price was extremely competitive. This is the second property for which we have used Magna Windows, previously for a conservatory, and the quality has never faltered. We would always recommend them..

Fantastic service all the way through from Will, Jamie and the rest of the team! When we asked for a quote for new french patio door and front door, Will came over within a week and arranged a quote for us. We were not chased or harassed like we were by the other companies. Will even saw us in the showroom on a Saturday and showed us exactly what we were getting and talked us through the whole process. Jamie just completed the installation and we couldn’t be happier! Both doors are exactly what we asked for and look even better than we imagined. Jamie did such a great job, considering he did both doors on his own and in not the best weather conditions and even corrected some of the crappy work the fitters of the old doors have made. Thank you everyone and we look forward to getting our windows done next!

I was undecided on what company to contact for the supply and fit of replacement UPVC Double glazed windows and doors for my 3 bedroom semi-detached house. Finally following a recommendation from JSD Property maintenance I visited Magna windows showroom in Oadby, and I am extremely pleased that I did. I was met at the showroom by Sales Executive Aaron, he took the time to fully explain the full range of door and window products that Magna install, he provided brochures that I could take home and study in my own time. I felt totally at ease with Aaron, and felt confident when I left the showroom that this would be the company that I would like to use for my renovation project. Aaron visited my home where we tentatively decided on products and glass designs. Aaron was very patient and answered all my questions ( even the daft ones !). An in-depth quote was promptly sent, I was concerned that the cost would be too high, but there was no need to worry as I was pleasantly surprised that for the brand / quality I wanted ( Ultimate collection) that the price was lower than expected. The Surveyor Jay, another polite, friendly and professional member of the team thoroughly checked, measured and also highlighted considerations for the Installations team. He also kept me fully informed of scheduled delivery / Installation dates throughout the project....and throughout all of this there has never been any 'Hard sell' tactics. The Installation team....what great guys ! The main Installers throughout were Mark and Dean, they arrived early every morning and worked consistently throughout the day. nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, friendly and worked closely and effectively as a team. They vacuumed and swept away mess ( of which there was very little). Jamie ( Installer) and Martin ( Builder ) carried out the installation of the Patio doors, they were equally thorough and professional throughout the whole process... a great job ! Receipts for payments made were handled courteously by Amanda, the Administration Manager, who also sent me the 10 year warranty and after care documents promptly.. Thank you. From start to finish of the renovation project the service and workmanship has been exemplar. A superb company, with a superb team. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them!!

First of all, it was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. The chap who came to do the quote, the surveyor, the installation engineers, the people I spoke with on the phone, all were so friendly, helpful and patient. In terms of the product, I was buying replacements for a couple of beautiful 1930s leaded / stained windows which I loved and didn't really want to lose so I was concerned about the look of the replacement. I asked them to match the existing with the leading, stain, frosting and I am so happy. They look great, much better than I had envisaged.

We contacted Magna Windows for a quote on a new door as ours was broken (the handle/locking mechanism) We had previously had 2 other companies attend who said we needed a new door so we accepted ours couldn’t be fixed and looked at getting a new door. Aaron came to see us to give us a quote (and was bang on time for the appointment) and he suggested that we contact Jon at Glass plus to see if the door could be fixed. Aaron took the measurements and details to provide us with a quote for the new door and was helpful with making our choices and obviously knows his stuff. I contacted Jon at Glass plus who came out the same day to have a look and fixed the door the next day! After numerous companies not getting back to us or telling us the door couldn’t be fixed, this was so refreshing. Aaron was genuine and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend magna (& Jon at Glass Plus) because of this. Wish I had contacted them weeks ago!

Absolutely delighted with our new bedroom window. This company are very thorough with everything from start to finish. Very efficient and friendly people to deal with too. The two installers did a great job and even hoovered up afterwards!! I will definitely be using Magna Windows again and we would highly recommend them without hesitation.
