Brilliant service from start to finish. Absolutely no pressure from sales who helped with advice and with decisions for every detail. Installation was carried out on specified date to a high standard. The fitters cleaned up every day and left no mess behind.

We had Magna Windows back to do a second install for us. This time, 7 upstairs windows. All the staff were professional and courteous and the whole experience was trouble free. In particular Aaron, Tom and Jamie worked very hard and are a credit to the company. The windows are very smart and once again we are glad we chose Magna Windows.

Magna have been amazing, they fitted our new front door for us and we love it. We visited their showroom, and they were very quick in coming out to help us with measurements, brochures etc. After ordering their communication was great and they kept us up to date with timings etc. Mark fitted our door for us, and was great in helping with the small issue we had (a mark on the door when it arrived). He sorted everything for us within a day and even contacted the door company directly for us to organise someone to come out and paint the mark. Dan also came to help us fit a chain on the door and was great too, came out quickly and had it sorted in a few minutes! Super helpful, great communication and if we need any new windows/doors in future, Magna will be our first call!
