Just had all my windows and doors fitted by Magna windows and I'm so happy I chose them. From when I walked into the show room and completion of the work they have been magnificent. Will the director is a kind person who helps you with any questions very relaxed and there is no hard sale. I had Mark and Dean fit my windows and doors and they were brilliant friendly worked very hard,tidy and did a great job. Overall a very professional job and been impressed with the service we have received. We are very happy with our new windows and doors and we are glad we had will and his team fit them.

Had a rear door installed by Magna. The door was just what we expected and the installation was extremely neat and tidy. The installers were great, friendly and extremely tidy work. Overall Magna were great, I would recommend and will repeat business when we have a need. Thank you.

Every window and door has been replaced by Magna over a couple of years and I cannot fault them at all. Always on time (if not early considering how close we are to the showroom!), always friendly no matter who we're speaking to in the team, always a clean and quick job and all have made a big improvement to our house. There's certain things you can't really skimp on and windows and doors are one of them and they are worth every penny.

We had some work done some years ago which was first class and the window and patio door are as good as new. We had no difficulty in asking them to replace four first floor windows. The quote, order and communications were excellent. The fitters work was flawless and took so much care over the installation. They were meticulous, clean and tidy and completed the work in the day. The windows are excellent quality. Very pleased with the overall experience.

2015 original part: After looking at several options, we had our wooden double glazed house windows replaced by Magna with Evolution Storm units: what a great decision! Ben gave excellent advice throughout with no pressure, frequently responding fast to my questions, and we were very happy with our choice of white inside and cream outside. They have very similar lines to our original wooden ones, which was what we were after. Into our first winter and they are fabulously warm, and look nice too. We also had them return to add two windows to a new extension we had done, and again with the same level of quality. Very friendly, no pressure sales and the fitters were superb: very professional and with an excellent attention to detail. Thanks very much, and I would recommended them to anyone considering windows and doors. 2023 Update: Windows still looking fantastic, still performing brilliantly.... Had a bit of an issue today with the back door....a phone call to them and a rapid engineering visit to get things resolved before 10:30 - what incredible 5* service 💪 Just reinforces the decision to chose to buy from Magna 😎👍
