Fantastic service all the way through from Will, Jamie and the rest of the team! When we asked for a quote for new french patio door and front door, Will came over within a week and arranged a quote for us. We were not chased or harassed like we were by the other companies. Will even saw us in the showroom on a Saturday and showed us exactly what we were getting and talked us through the whole process. Jamie just completed the installation and we couldn’t be happier! Both doors are exactly what we asked for and look even better than we imagined. Jamie did such a great job, considering he did both doors on his own and in not the best weather conditions and even corrected some of the crappy work the fitters of the old doors have made. Magna Windows have installed superior quality windows and doors on both houses I have owned in Oadby. I have recommended the company to my daughter and several friends who have all been impressed with the quality and service received. I was prompted to leave this review because, after 6 years, my front door lock became a bit sticky. I phoned Magna and two friendly, professional men came and rectified the problem (door needed a new hinge) very quickly. These days such high quality, efficient and effective service is a rare thing. I cannot recommend highly enough!

We had some work done some years ago which was first class and the window and patio door are as good as new. We had no difficulty in asking them to replace four first floor windows. The quote, order and communications were excellent. The fitters work was flawless and took so much care over the installation. They were meticulous, clean and tidy and completed the work in the day. The windows are excellent quality. Very pleased with the overall experience.

We had all 17 windows replaced by Magna Windows in the Heritage range and are very please with results. They took great care in the design stage to get the most pleasing look along with staying true to a period cottage. The fitters were friendly and efficient keeping disruption and mess to a minimum. After they had finishing installing, they left everywhere neat and tidy, and removed all rubbish. I was really impressed with the efficient, methodical way they worked.
